Cranberry Brie Chook

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1/2 brie, sliced
handful of dried cranberries
veggies

Method:

  • Chuck chicken breast into greased camp oven, put slices of brie on top and sprinkle with cranberries. Through in your favourite veggies and bake on moderate heat for approx. 45 minutes.
